They aren't wrong but it's just shitty misdirection seeing as Kurosanji in their seemingly endless wave of retardation confirmed the leaked Scarle/Aster DMs by making them collab a day after the leaks. Also I believe she proved that she had written the valentines day notes, but with Niji exploding at every seam it's hard to keep track of it all.
Its legitimately disgusting how they're only using the grooming accusations to try and discredit the leaks.
It's hard to believe there's been nearly enough drama to last the entire week. Goddamn this has been such a good time.

Seems like Holo talents, at least, are allowed to share a lot of internal details of the day to day, as long as it doesn't contain specifics. We have a decent idea of how a lot of stuff works thanks to Kiara being a blabber mouth.
It's not a secret how Cover handles unarchived karaoke. Talents literally look things up live on stream sometimes. They look up the specific songs on JASRAC for the rights type they need for streaming, and they obtain instrumentals from properly licensed sources like Karafun, whom they got written permission from for those performances. If they have both JASRAC rights and a Karafun instrumental (likely other instrumentals possible, but similar perms autism required), they believe they can perform it live.
Makes you wonder what Mel leaked for her to get terminated.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was specific dates for events that she didn't think was a big deal.
