They failed to do so last time, why start now? And they can't pull the card "it was a mod under NDA all along! actually just some time along at he tail end" like with Luca. So unless there is actually some litigation going on with Aster, they kinda already voided all of their NDAs. She leaked both business/financial info and personal relationships info so no way in hell they can defend any NDA from now on. Not that Twisty gonna sue them in japlandia, but someone else might.
