Really boils down whoever is being harassed on what they value more. Their (shitty) job or their dignity. Pretty sure most people would rally around the latter but it's hard to push them to just jump with no assurance that there will be a safety net afterward.

just make sure to never piss off the right people and you can be a sleezeball for years it's a self sustaining industry!

Though for my own guess I suspect everyone in ninji is various degrees of shitty and so aster really doesn't stand out seems to be a recurring issue with him as a talent honestly.
