I know some rrated that the lack of oversight on things like these happened right before the ID merge, so its really getting my nogging jogging on why or how this is allowed. Generally they seem to have tighter rules but Tsuna has collabed with Niji JP members quite a few times - though her situation is probably different considering how she left before KR merged. (also I don't think she has interacted with anyone from ex-KR so it could be a branch thing)

My bet it was always enforcement by gaslighting. Technically, current streamers can do collab stream with blacklisted terminated ones on their private account. And if niji terminate them for it, they can sue niji and will win. And even be restored in position for whatever was left of contract term in they choose so. (If there were no other valid excuses for termination.) There is no conflict of interest when it comes to doing shit on private accounts, so any judge will toss out any rules about them, if niji dared to present them in court at all.

The trouble is that Anycolor seems to me systematically set up to grind down their livers' sense of self-worth so gaslighting them into believing they've got no legal rights seems super likely. They're like rape victims who never report cuz their abusers have them brainwashed into believing that nobody would ever believe them.
