What I've heard is that youtube has started to taken notice of AVtubers and turbo twitch whores and the kind of content they produce, so now they're taking the shotgun approach to a lot of ASMRs that fall under that category you mentioned. So vocally suggestive RP ASMRs don't get flagged but those that dip into the "wet sounds" approach are getting hit and having their channels nuked.
