1. Counter-suing assumes that Doki/Selen sued/tried to sue Niji in the first place. While she could be lying, by Doki's own statements she seemed to want to end the contract and move on.
2. Everything defamatory that has been made public has been Niji and their livers themselves, even then Doki specifically goes out of her way in her statements to not defame specific people. The closest we got was that she said she was bullied and harassed while in the company by company internals. Which could MAYBE be seen as defaming Niji.
3. The person claiming this is a known shitter and idiot.

Here's what we know
1. Nijisanji salaried staff uses slack for communication, not discord.
1 is proven false because it's a slack screen not a discord screen
2. Nijisanji salaried staff used their full name in their official accounts. Referring to the previous AR live leak where Shagufta goes by "アリシャグフタ(Shagufta Ali)" in her teams account. (Would love to see a slack leaks with staff name to disprove this)

I have reasons to believe Selen sent this to Millie, which Millie then sent it to management through a different slack chat that involves managers, Selen is locked out from straight communications with the management team. Selen would have reasons to believe she was being bullied in this case if she found out that millie had never forwarded the video (through agent L or someone who's actually not a fucking snake) to management just to fuck with her, knowing selen wanted to release it on christmas > an hero.

We only focused on the WHO bullied selen part, but never HOW she was bullied. I highly doubt Elira was hanging her upside down, stripping her naked and whipping her for off-stream bullying (because the rope would snap). All the bullying must have been conducted online. Fucking with her permissions is very much on the table for how they bullied her. (There isnt much else you can do to bully someone online really, other than getting her genmates to exclude her from collabs which is easily proven false or straight up verbally assaulting her in dms which I dont think anyone is stupid enough to do)

As far as I know, Millie was in Japan alongside other NijiEn members celebrating Christmas and New Year. Heck she (and Enna) even met with Iofi there as proven by their identical tweets.

Daph is friends with Kyo and might be getting this information from him. He hangs around with her all of the time IRL and is in multiple pictures with him under his Quinn Benet twitter account.
