The only part that we don't know is if Doki demanded anything at all, like settlement money or public apology, but it'll be stupid not to. Without demanding any compensation first, you basically claim that there was no damage done, which will make future lawsuit look less valid. Just normal "graduation" won't cut it, at absolute minimum she had to demand 100% of streams revenue from now on.
