I remember when I thought Pippa was just just an outlier in Phase Connect (Never watched PC at that time) and then one day I (naively) put on the collab where Pippa and Lia were discussing Nikocado and Sans and realized I had found a unique rabbithole.

I don't have any real info to base this off, but I don't think Zax has been relevant since she moved out that place where she was living with 2-3 other people. Back when the plan was the bus instead of "a house that doesn't fall apart in rain and have ants paying half the rent." Which was a good what, year+ ago?
Pretty sure they're still some level of friends since he was involved with her holiday cookie attempt but beyond that I sort of assumed they're mostly online buddies anymore but aren't as involved since he's not modding for not-Pippa.

At a guess there's just not a lot of reason for them to interact in any official capacity being that the Owl is on hiatus.

As far as I remember he was still a discord mod for her past life account but they no longer lived together since the first time she moved. Pippa did at one point mention she wasn't sexually active randomly. I don't really follow what happens with Zax but I can't imagine they're particularly close if Pippa's having breakdowns and it's her company and Sleepy digging her out, but they're probably on good terms.

I've kind of wondered about this, she keeps amazingly quiet about going out but we know she buys bulk packs of drinks and she doesn't strike me as the type to be able to walk it home so either she cabs around which goes a bit against the whole no talking to people or has a car and just never mentions it usually.

I love how people in the USA refuse to go to a doctor in the same sentence as "I suffered an injury 20 years ago and the searing pain never really went away".
Like holy shit dude, you clearly never healed, it just has not killed you yet.

The main reason you see this is because medical malpractice is routinely around #3 in leading causes of death in the United States. The country has suffered a doctor shortage for a long time and it isn't going to get better any time soon. The result from that is you have doctors being overworked like crazy, running absolutely retarded shifts and the exhaustion causes them to make mistakes that get people killed. They also keep bringing in complete retards from India or China. Medical schools also let in brown/black people at much lower test scores purely out of "equality". It's common knowledge to get a White or non-Chinese Asian doctor because they had to work their asses off to get there. A good chunk of the population doesn't trust doctors, specifically general practitioners, because a lot of them don't even do any work any more, they just ask your symptoms and plug it in to a database that's a stepup from webmd. Specialists generally garner more trust but everyone I know has multiple family/friend stories of some specialist making an absolutely retarded decision and it's why you're expected to get advice from 3-4 specialists.
