I don't think he's making a bad point, the entire argument hinges on "What they offer for the cut" and "I, as someone willing to tie myself to this company, should know what I'm getting into" Transparency from the perspective of the company to potential talents should be a given, I couldn't imagine applying for a job, doing rounds of interviews, and only finding out half way through that the rates are theft.think ya missed the point. you gotta see what the company offers for the cut they take. in phase's case its a bunch shit. thats on you to ask. and then you make what you bust your ass off
