Problem is they most likely wouldn't have enough work for a full-time tech, and the nature of it would require highly remote work. It'd need to be some kind of contractor to do everything for them most likely.
The real issue is its difficult for anyone who isn't computer savvy to find out who is and isn't a knowledgeable local IT tech. And knowing Pippa, she'd just take it to Best Buy or something and hope they can fix it. It's the kinda thing that annoys me because on a professional level I'm like "Oh god, this is probably a totally easy fix" but I know there's nothing I can do to help. Drives a person nuts.
