I think you guys should give tempo some breathing room here; he doesn't set the rules, and it'll be much easier to enforce them now than before since Pippa's explicitly told people to knock it off. There's less ambiguity to worry about this time around.
For what it's worth, as much as I'm naturally inclined to push you into a locker for being a janny, I genuinely appreciate you backing her up on this. Pippa's too entertaining of a streamer to deserve a Twitch-thot audience who just clap like retards whenever there's a foot or armpit on screen (and especially the audience who make unwanted sexual comments about her specifically), and while it's impossible to properly wrangle over 3000 live viewers, kicking out the more egregious offenders sends a message as to what is and isn't acceptable.
Atleast the superchats tonight will go to something she likes
