Every hour you spend in a chair you need to take at bare minimum 10 minutes to move your legs with things like walking or you will literally die from a fucking blood clot traveling to your brain or lungs.

I knew a woman years ago who worked a desk job all day in a hospital and one day she got chest pain that got worse as her shift went on and eventually collapsed.
The only reason she didn't die from her massive pulmonary embolism was that she was already in a hospital, it was a slow day and there was an experienced surgeon in this type of procedure ready to go.
