I would also recommend a light exercise routine and meals high in protein, vegetables, complex carbs, but that's not something that can suddenly happen overnight. Baby steps.

I feel like she is on her way to heart failure, but that can still be prevented, just don't push the health improvements all at once - build healthy habits over time, more likely to stick to formed habits the longer you do them

I've only had it a couple of times as I'm not on the West Coast, but I enjoyed it when I had it. Not sure if that was just because I was always very hungry when I got it.

Fast food quality also depends a lot on region as well, so it could be specific to her area.

Edit: Small pizza places are very hit or miss, sometimes they just compete on portion size and price but have shit quality, sometimes they're amazing. If you're near a college or college town, don't trust the Pizza places.
