The real question is where is the burger from and why does she have extra uneaten burgers from (fast food) restaurants? McD doesn't have tomato on burger. Burger King does, but it has mayo and microwaving mayo bad. Wendy's same shit a Burger King.
I don't like onions myself, but caramelized onions make perfect sense on a burger.
McDonalds does have some specialty burgers with tomato so it could be one of those. She also could've always just asked to add tomato to a regular McDonald's cheeseburger.
