I know this is bait. Pippa has been great at exposing the qualities of Kirsche to a wider audience. She doesn't "carry" her (theres a fat joke in there) but she wouldn't be a high 3view (peaking into 4 view) without Pippa's exposure* (*she may have given enough time, but she had that pippa luck). She stands on her own day to day and has a dedicated audience which is a result of Kirsche's great qualities/personality.
