To get in on the armchair psychology, I'd say Pippa's claim that living in a "low-income neighbourhood" is what turned her into a shut-in, where she was fairly outdoorsy if not sociable before, was telling. In addition to the rough childhood the autism could intensify the traumatic over-correction into neetdom and be where most of her anti-social traits develop from rather than any other mental illnesses.
Schizophrenia is a big claim and thankfully one she doesn't seem to actually show serious signs of so far, but it running in the family means she really should keep an eye on any developments.

Also knowing her history of frequent moves also has a big impact on being able to relate with her peers. Cycling through being "the new kid", developing certain relationships and then being forced to cut ties fucks with your understanding of social dynamics. Eventually you give up on the idea of being close with anyone as a coping mechanism while having to constantly remake yourself between each location leading to identity issues. The internet was the only place she could root herself to.
