Because Youtube's DMCA system is not an actual DMCA legal claim. It's just an arbitration system designed to get the law off their ass. A "claimant" on Youtube doesn't need to prove that a copyright exists, that they have a right to the copyright if one does exist, or that the video in question actually infringes on said copyright. It's literally no-proof no-risk on a claimants behalf, an infamously fucked situation that regularly results in cases where DMCA troll bots flag people for their own 100% original content.

Yeah twitch forces ads, they are desperate to make some money. They require a certain amount of ads every hour, you can either decide when to run those ads or twitch will force them.
