I don't mind him too much compared to his contemporaries, but he's still a) a zoomer and b) balls deep in the YouTube commentary community, and it shows. I wish he'd stop moralising whenever he does his degenerate exposé videos and just point and laugh at the retarded shit they do.

YouTube commentators used to be entertaining when they were a bunch of autists doing srsbsns rants about someone's anime taste or Sonic ships; now they're calling each other paedophiles every other week it's just exhausting.

Let's be real, anyone on Youtube is a slave to Youtube as they all have to dance around like monkeys to avoid demonetization. It's not even the troon thing alone, if you watch any of these channels they all censor words like "sexual assault", "murder", and more to the point that content becomes unwatchable if they're discussing a topic that requires discussing those things. You'll notice Tom and others will either bleep it out, say things like "they claimed to be r-worded", or other dumb shit.

Tim "the Beanie Man" Pool despite proclaiming free speech will also always default to the Youtube rules and will literally turn the show off ten minutes in if someone says something too controversial.

And I get it, you make your money there, you have a boss, but don't sit there and pretend you're independent or self made, you're just a contractor for a company that doesn't really have to ever pay you and you're dependent on them. Sure, you have more freedom than a cashier at a McDonalds or whatever, but if you ever had a more skilled job you'll know you have just as much freedom there as you do on Youtube, if not more freedom in some cases.

I don't mind Tom that much, maybe that's because I'm retarded but I feel like the negative sentiment towards him is a tad overblown. Was it cringe to say "*her prostate" to Null that one time? Absolutely. Is he an autistic sperg? Very much so. But the guy's making bank from YouTube and I can understand him not wanting to jeopardize it all by going full-force and powerleveling on the current untouchable class. It's not like he doesn't criticize them, he plays the song and dance so as to not break the site TOS and get nuked from orbit. And just on principle, I have at the very least surface level respect for someone like him who has an account on KF, sometimes posts in threads, and credits the forum when relevant.

Also the people accusing him of purposely avoiding Goonclown are fucking retarded. Dude makes videos weeks in advance and has scheduled uploads. He's said multiple times he's going to cover it and that the video is deep in the works. It's ironic that some people who criticize him for being an autistic sperg zoomer have less patience than him.
