I'm going have a retarded opinion. 1 Liking Loli characters and art is fine and isn't Pedo. 2 The people who need to share and post and discuss sexually explicate Loli art online are very often also doing the same with CSAM and Null is correct that it's a gateway and dog whistle. I don't mean the artists drawing it or VTubers using loli models, I mean the guys posting and discussing it all the time, many of them are going to message each other about CSAM too.
