I can unironically sense she had developmental issues just by how she holds that crayon and writes with it. I have only seen literal tards do though.

She might have been taught to be right handed by her parents and or schools. Probably not, she probably just saw people using their right hands for writing and all that and just wanted to fit in. Or maybe both of them. Who knows. Or she's just ultra autistic and her using her left hand would be 10 times worse.
