From my experience Azur Lane is fairly F2P friendly in terms of gacha, the bread and butter of the game is coomer skins. Getting the actual ship girls you want doesn't require you to spend anything.

Literally every gacha game except Genshin does reruns for events and characters pretty often, or even adds them permanently, stop jerking off over your mediocre coomgame.

I play two gacha games and one of them has all characters available in the gacha pool permanently with regular reruns for skins, the other one is pokemon masters which Pippa should know also has most characters available in the general gacha pool with pretty regular re runs of special characters. It really isn't rare for gachas to do regular reruns of characters and skins.
