For those who doesn't know, Pink Salons are a place for quick and cheap sex on Japan. I personally would take the comment with a big grain of salt because I couldn't find anything extra, the guy doesn't give any extra details like if she's was a sex-worker, clerk or anything or if he's certain that it was really her. I personally think the guy mistook her but I don't put my trust in her too.
