From around the end of 2023 I didn't trust Brave because of their tactics but people gave them the benefit of the doubt only for this to come up. If they have to spend ludicrous amounts of money to grow their stable of companies rather than do what other companies in the business do it's more than likely because they actually lack the internal capacity to manage the business and just hope to offload work onto the subsidiaries and just try to run some kind of oversight on their collection.
Naturally, this doesn't work when the company behind it doesn't understand the business because their presence in the industry amounts to only "buy micro, farm micro". Fuck you Brave.
