I'm also not sure of British employment laws (someone feel free to correct me) but the talents may well have been entitled to notice of termination that they did not receive. I wouldn't want that in front of a court of law if they've broken employment law there.

They would probably be self employed contactors rather than employees, so any notice periods or lack thereof would be agreed by both parties in the contract they both signed.

Realistically Globie/Brave can threaten her with a cease and desist but probably aren't going to pursue a suit as they wouldn't be able to recoup their lawyers fees from her. Plus given both parties are UK based Globie probably wouldn't want a UK court closely looking at their contracts as it would open a massive legal can of worms with the whole "independent contractor or employee" line most Vtuber orgs straddle.
