It seems she only has 4 people on her team, so she's probably only involved in obtaining NA licensing and sponsorships. She specifically points out that talents are under contract with Cover's main branch and managed from Japan.
Remember that 3D are no longer for both Anniversary and Birthdays anymore , you can only choose one
Bae Birthday was 3D
Kronii also got one for her birthday
>spend 2.7 billion yen (~18 million USD) to create one of the largest studios in all of Japan
>still pumping out financial statements showing enormous growth
>proceed to cut the amount of 3D productions each talent gets
Good job!

They began construction for the studio in 2021 and opened it in 2023. It's been 2 years since opening and they had 4 years to start preparing to expand their staff. That excuse doesn't hold water anymore.

Pretty sure they're basically at capacity at all times. While it's likely the biggest 3D studio in Japan, it's not actually that big. And it's far more likely it's the pre-production side of things where they don't have enough staff because stuff just keeps getting more complex. That's the reason for more & more contracted art pieces. Just think of what those 1 time use 3D stages take for production work. The filming in studio takes a day, it's the rest that's a lot.

I wonder what would've happened if a m*le tweeted that.
Speaking of gender dynamics, Uwu posted his metrics that seem a bit altered, some other indies talked about it in the replies, very interesting to see so many females* in his chat. * lacks confirmation
