ID only got superchat access give or take 2022, so before that period the ID fans had to use other means to donate to their oshii. These are so realistic lol, this kind of thing doesn't happen where I live (the first generation that began really consuming japanese culture is mine) but I have traveled elsewhere and I can confirm it is fucking rampant in some countries (specially mexico).
