You noted the date of that tweet as 3/11/19. However it only appears to be 3/11/19 if you're in the West. Kataribe Tsumugu is a Japanese talent and at the time that tweet was made, it was 1:16am 3/12/19 in Japan.

Where is the second instance of Yamiyono? Found it. I think this is because I loaded a previous version when changing the position of Voiz.
