The ps4 was released in 2014. It's retro gaming now, or would be if anything existed to play on the ps4. For perspective, the SNES and gamecube are ten years apart and at that time the SNES was considered retro. Half Life 2 is retro gaming now.

Nope, the only players from the same row can't be on the same team. So Doki can't be on a team with Shroud, GSMVoid, Sajam, Shiphtur, or Masayoshi. So there's a very real chance Doki could be on a team with xQc, Coney, 39Daph, Valkyrae, and Ironmouse. Part of me is hoping that doesn't happen but another part of me is hoping it does and Coney goes absolutely apeshit in comms.
