It wouldn't be much of an issue if they hadn't been spending the last 5 years virtue-signaling about how great they are compared to other corpos from both their marketing and their own members' mouths. They don't even know when to shut the fuck up when it comes to their own members, as can be seen with Mouse's comments on Haruka and Froot.

She is more similar to ClaRiS. They have been doing this shit since 2009 (Anonymous singers in Japan actually goes all the way back to 2002 with GReeeeN, but they don't masquerade themselves as anime girls)
Faceless singers turns vtubers is more like a continuation of a trend rather a completely new one.
Standard vtuber concerts are never worth the investment imo.
It makes somewhat sense for people with a large foreign fanbase (even that of Chinese/SEA) who can not physically attend venue. And thus standard vtuber concert can be streamed. Else a flesh concert makes a lot more sense if you are a Japanese vtuber with solely japanese audience.
Or maybe if you are a landwhale and it would break immersion the moment you walk on stage.
Honestly I wonder what VShojo is cooking, their audition was 6 months ago. In the likely even of them debutting 3-6 months later. That's still 9-12 months of incubation.
Probs something like VShojoJP where they are recruiting people who never did vtubing and is training them to be familiar with the technology.

Occam Razor faggotry dictates that of course the auditions debuts are coming, they had to come if they want the nepohire reputation to go. But also they need to prove that auditioning for Vshojo is not a waste of time and that some small vtubers can actually enter in the org. If they can't do that, then less people are going to try to audition for them.

Most she's done that I know of that's gotten her in trouble was art contest. Where some mod was power tripped and she also gave a very bratty response to someone that was coming to her with concern about it literally saying too long not going to read.
E-as I remembered now she also hired Evilbunny shortly after the art contest only to then promptly fire them, like less then a week of im remembering right.

I watched that video and I really liked it. It was very well put together and edited like a pro. I'm glad she didn't comment on the cringe pronoun shit because that's been hammered into the ground at this point and she stuck to why the overall story and mechanics suck.
