I know a lot of professional artists in various fields, and while I don't know the terms of this contest I can tell you that 4 weeks is more than enough time if they actually want to get it done. "Artists" on twitter don't have work ethic, these are the same fuckwads that will take literally every commission that comes calling and then whine about burnout, workload and other bullshit no one asked about when they do it to themselves.
