She will slow down her streaming because she starts to feel the burnout and needs to chill. Also, six 4-hours streams a week is way too much on average so it's not surprising. No stream schedules anymore, stream whenever she wants and having a waiting room for the stream a day before is better than putting on twitter anyway. Usual streaming time is pushed 3 hours later
Spectra before birthday stream was eager to collab and liked talking to people. Spectra after birthday stream doesn't want to collab ever again and socialized so much that talking to people is painful
Shorts are dead, she tried them, they aren't working, streaming in short format isn't working (she consistently had at least 10 times less views on them) it's not worth putting any more effort into it. Instead she will do weekly highlight video of her channel and hired an editor to do them
She talked again how she was going to treat it as a work, and not as a way to make friends but ended up making friends anyway because everyone is really nice. She isn't necessarily on either of the extremes (work only vs friends only) but her opinion before joining a company was much more cynical about the nature of relationships between vtubers behind the scenes, than it is now after she got to meet so many of them. So her no collabing is not for any personal issues, she is just introverted and pushed herself way too far
Someone in the chat said he likes personal attention in smaller chats and she asked mods to get the person out. She doesn't want to be parasocial with chat even if she would be uncomfortable getting too big, and smaller channel naturally leads to more direct interaction with fans.
