She's doing just fine as a vtuber imo, it's just that she's been busy and people don't keep up with her as much except to complain that she isn't Coco now.

My first thought was why she didn't turn to teaching/coaching but that definitely wasn't an option to her at the time. Looks like she was depressed and desperate for cash to support her family.
