She actually mentioned in the stream that going into her 4th year, Holo is the longest she had held a job. Before then was the hotel gig and that was because it was an apprenticeship and those are a set 3 years. She worked long hours, 7 days a week with that job, as well. So yeah having stability in your life goes a long way.

Take this with a grain of salt, since the source of this info isn't Kiara but Shiina.

Releasing covers or Orisongs are usually a net loss for the talent in terms of revenue and are done more as a token of appreciation to the fans or because the talent herself wanted to do it despite setting her back financially.
Unless you're cracked at music (like suisei), those projects don't translate to new subs or SC/Memberships.
