Problem is, going by her words, she is doing the wrong kind of exercise. The dieting is one thing, but she is doing weight lifting for exercise, which is effectively replacing fat with muscle. You do weight lifting to bulk up, not slim down.

They probably have gym instructors who know what they are telling her to do. She also mentioned dieting during her off collab with Marine and Bae. What I find interesting is that she randomly tweeted an Instagram post from 2019.
