Forgot to quote it, but someone earlier mentioned that NA showed up to JP streams before EN existed, comparing it to EU not showing up for NA streams. The problem is: NA prime time overlaps with late morning to noon JP time. With this, it was/is fairly easy to catch at least some JP streams in NA prime time. EU however, how someone already pointed out, got fucked over again as EU prime time overlaps with JP night time. Of course, there are night time JP streams as well, but there are far less options.
I personally think that cover is not interested in the EU market, not necessarly because they don't think they could build an audience there, but because they would either need to do stuff at their night time or hire dedicated EN managers outside of japan.
