So to summarize the Blaise and Mirri situation:
Blaise was almost certainly running interference between the girls and management, likely brought on by Kilia finding out about her PL misdeeds before debut and "bullying" her over them (note: this would be BEFORE she debuted as Blaise). As of yet this "bullying" is undefined, but can be insinuated from Blaise's post as GloomeyTunes that it entailed an attempt to "get everyone to hate" her, keep the other girls from collabing with her, and vague talk of trying to hurt her friends and treating her like shit. A quick look at Blaise's channel doesn't
seem to imply she had trouble collabing at the start of her time in EIEN, and she's continued collabing with the girls throughout her time in EIEN... so personally I see no evidence that there was an actual, verifiable bullying campaign that did any sort of actual damage to her debut as Blaise. At least no more damage than the "little 4chan rumors" she complained about would have done on their own. It's also worth noting that as more and more leaks come out, there has still been
ZERO evidence posted of the suggestion I see parroted around occasionally that Kilia was a "mean girl" off stream. In fact, basically every speculation stemming from this regarding why she graduated ("she hates her fans," "she hates all her co-workers," "she scammed donors after the shed fire," etc) has been shot down
completely by the Ekko twitter account. So spreading hate? Treating someone like shit? Trying to hurt not just Blaise, but her friends as well? Nah, I just don't see it (pay no attention to the
extreme pro-Kilia bias of the author of this post). If you'll allow me to put on my rrat hat for a second, my personal theory is that Blaise probably had a chip on her shoulder over the allegations against her during her PL, and she wanted to go corpo to "start over." When she was found out she likely started looking for ways to bring the other girls down to her level, so to speak, and ended up a crony for management - which ultimately led to her getting noticeable favorable treatment as the company closed.
Mirri, on the other hand, was probably always just jealous of the girls that had more success. Referring to my previous post regarding Mirri insecurity, I looked into the times for Kilia's discord stage send-off a little more closely. Importantly, it started at 1:00 PM PST, and ended at 3:00 PM PST (super easy to verify in the EIEN discord so I'll save space and not post images here to avoid time-zoning myself - just search for Kilia's posts on September 6 and when Kilia was last made a speaker). Mirri expressed concern over this space conflicting with something involving her and Blaise, and a little dive into Blaise's twitter reveals they had something planned for 2:00 PM PST:
Freaking out over a simple one hour overlap seems completely insane to me. Basically
every other corpo I watch has girls that frequently stream with more overlap than this. To suggest to cancel a collab because of it is akin to a child breaking one of their toys because they got told to share it with someone else... and yet for some reason management enabled this behaviour with an "Understood." The same management, it must be noted, that essentially just left other girls on read for
actual issues. With Proctor's screenshot above we know Mirri got roughly $8k as her final paycheck, and multiple sources imply that some of the other girls ranged from struggling to get anything whatsoever, to actually being
billed for a triple-digit amount in place of a final paycheck. I'll again veer into rrat mode and suggest the following: Mirri was almost certainly jealous of talents more popular than her and probably, in an effort to spite the girls she had issues with, joined Blaise in running interference for management in order to have some way to feel superior to the other talents - and therefore also received favorable treatment when the company shut down.
But enough about Blaise and Mirri, here's a new little tidbit about the management in question:

Apparently the girls were so conditioned to be controlled by management (insert that helicopter CEO gif of Eri) that they needed to be straight up told that they would be "allowed" to invite the mods that were ALREADY modding for them (supposedly unpaid) to keep modding for them after they go indie. I don't know in what world there would be literally any other expectation, unless the girls really felt like their mods just did what EIEN told them to and weren't actually working alongside them to sculpt their own individual chats, which just seems incredibly unhealthy.
Since closure day is almost upon us I don't know how much new information will be coming regarding the girls until one of them personally speaks up, but I might still have a few more posts to make here if I'm able to find any evidence of the /vt/ rrat that Silvi (i.e. Risti within EIEN) was funneling proceeds from her own personal donothons and events she held (such as the V-Unity concert that started her drama with FalseEyeD) to fund EIEN. For now all I can say is she seemed to very coincidentally always have something going on that could raise money right around the time a talent graduated (V-Unity approximately a week before Kilia's graduation was announced, records of donothon rewards being delivered right after Kiki graduated, etc) so it seems possible to me that there was something deeper going on here, though currently it's just a pure rrat without any evidence. It'd be easy to let this all die with EIEN but the more I learn about the shit these girls had to put up with the more I want to make sure the people responsible aren't able to "fail up" now that EIEN is dead.
