Either Eri or her toady hate Pippa and Kaneko Lumi at bare minimum. Interacting with either of those two was banned as part of official EIEN policy and warnings were issued immediately to anyone who did so in even the most innocuous fashion. I do not know if there was a longer blacklist, but those two are ones I know for a fact. No hard details as to why.
