Well, the tweets are already flooding in from other holos, and they do have that same funerary "it was a pleasure to know you" tone one expects for a post-graduation. The wording could be interpreted far less charitably than my other post wherein the character is being left un-graduated for IP purposes (gag), although I do think staff is more likely of the two.
