The major issue with the entire (public) anti-Nanoloss & Shylily crew is that they're all completely unlikeable, obnoxious contrarian twats. Every public reference to it that has crossed my feed on Twitter has stunk of 'fucking fuckwit shithead vtuber viewers not fucking seeing the REAL JOURNALISM we did on this case, the fucking retard sheep mindless fanDUMB idiots' energy. It's an amazing example of a cause utterly destroyed by the people championing it. They single-handedly made anyone who stood with them look like cringe retards and gave Nanoless and Shylily free PR.

I won't speak about Shylily but the more you look things over the less of a victim Nanoless looks. Even in the DM excerpts she provided it's clear Red was putting the exclusivity offer on the table with no more pressure than any other business deal, and she was happy to take the deal for a while and not be honest about the reasons she turned down work from other clients during that time. To this day I don't think it's clear what made her "revoke consent" on this whole thing and leak DMs rather than trying to settle things behind the scenes. While it's certainly true Sinder did herself no favors in how she handled things post-Dockey, none of this had to go down this way and I would advise anyone against doing business with Nanoless now that she's proven she'll dramatically leak DMs if she decides months later that she doesn't like you anymore for whatever reason.

I have a slight feeling Nanoless is under a tight leash unless she somehow turned into a master manipulator. Nobody behind the scenes should trust her word if she initially did what she did with the deal, highly likely the scene is breathing down her neck to keep the appearances up.

On the other hand, lmao at that dramafag mizu getting angry people arent covering it like it is, it would be suicide to do so, but i have a feeling theres going to be a part two to this someday, it just feels like it ended too soon

Spoiler: Sinder Project: Demon Sinder

We have received many requests for this project asking for pre-order cancelations.

Under normal circumstances, most of these requests would be outside of our cancelation period/cooldown period, but given the gravity of the situation presented, we've lifted the time-limitation to an extent.
Meaning, while we can't refund certain orders due to the afterpay/Paypal limitations on their end (Something we cannot control in any way), we are offering customers a fully functional, non-expiring Gift Card for the Horizon's Merch Store(https://horizonsmerch.com/) instead.

For those unfamiliar with this store, this is where our non-preorder items end up. Such as small merchandise and excess figure stock during our super sales!
The Gift card provided will equal the amount of the order and the original order will be canceled upon accepting it.
Other alternatives outside of the Gift Card including transferring the order over to another project. Although, this option requires further discussions since it is not something our system natively supports.
For full cash-back refunds, who are not interested in alternative options, refunds will be looked into on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee. Since, unfortunately, most of our refund policy comes from the payment processors limitations/terms more-so than our own.

Finally, our customer service for the time being will be drastically slowed down due to the inquiry amount which crashed our system twice over the course of the "event". So, we appreciate everyone's patience as we work our way through this.
We currently do not have a defined amount of time of expected wait for customer support inquiries to be responded too.

She already had a succesful campaign before, Summertime Sinder (2024) at $150 and what I take from this is that they're refunding the more expensive one, Demon Sinder, $250~ per unit:

So, I take from this that her newest figure got refund-bombed and considering the timeframe way past the pre-order period as it's to be delivered february 2026, production must've started and they're losing a lot of money on this as they'll have dead stock coming in.

Honestly they should just go ahead and make them and put them in the store anyway.
