I still can't get over that Nijisanji is going out of their way to protect Aster of all people. Vox or Luca I could understand because even though their CCV isn't what it used to be they are still earning a good amount of money in superchats. But Aster? Most people forgot he even existed until a few months ago. My guess is that they didn't want another big scandal, so they suspended him behind the scenes and were hoping they could wait out his contract and quietly let him go. The only problem with their plan was that Twisty is too much of a menhara and spilled the beans about everything. In true lolcow fashion, they somehow made everything much worse for themselves than if they just bit the bullet and fired the sex pest.
I think that to niji, despite the two leaks (which Aster did not leak himself) he is somewhat of a good/loyal employee. He participates in every voice pack, streams regularly (albeit for no monetary gain really), doesn’t maintain a really obvious PL account and never makes difficult or time consuming requests to management. His silence throughout the six month suspension probably helps. This probably awards him some goodwill in niji’s eyes, not that I think it’s in any way deserved.
The man is a sexpest and the cause of one of the biggest scandals to hit the company. Any company with even a shred of business sense, let alone common sense, would have cut bait a long time ago. The fact that he isn't even a major earner just makes the decision even easier.

It was a good design, one of the better Nijisanji designs.
It’s been three business days into the Twisty termination, I don’t think we’ll get a public announcement anytime soon.
My best guess/rrat is after her own black stream her Niji contact informed her she’s no longer under contract with them which is why she started streaming under her PL account now. They also could have realized there’s no way they could have issued a statement without any backlash.

Silence is serving them well here for now. The nijifans just want an announcement as an opportunity to laugh at her death and everyone else just wants to see how Niji might mess it up again.
Lulu is streaming to the same or fewer people than before, and that's with the "termination" boost. That effectively lessens the impact of any mention of her situation she might put out on stream and also keeps her circumstances further away from people's attention overall. Shout out once again to all the "I would watch her if she wasn't in Nijisanji" folks, really coming in strong to prove themselves wrong again.

What you do have on the forum however are people who like to pretend that that "potential audience" is real and not just drama addicts who will jump off as soon as they can't get their fix anymore.
I don't think Twisty has any audience, potential or otherwise. I think she should start filling out job applications at her local fast food places.
