I still can't get over that Nijisanji is going out of their way to protect Aster of all people. Vox or Luca I could understand because even though their CCV isn't what it used to be they are still earning a good amount of money in superchats. But Aster? Most people forgot he even existed until a few months ago. My guess is that they didn't want another big scandal, so they suspended him behind the scenes and were hoping they could wait out his contract and quietly let him go. The only problem with their plan was that Twisty is too much of a menhara and spilled the beans about everything. In true lolcow fashion, they somehow made everything much worse for themselves than if they just bit the bullet and fired the sex pest.
I think that to niji, despite the two leaks (which Aster did not leak himself) he is somewhat of a good/loyal employee. He participates in every voice pack, streams regularly (albeit for no monetary gain really), doesn’t maintain a really obvious PL account and never makes difficult or time consuming requests to management. His silence throughout the six month suspension probably helps. This probably awards him some goodwill in niji’s eyes, not that I think it’s in any way deserved.
The man is a sexpest and the cause of one of the biggest scandals to hit the company. Any company with even a shred of business sense, let alone common sense, would have cut bait a long time ago. The fact that he isn't even a major earner just makes the decision even easier.

As always I feel bad for the artists as I am sure commissions are a large source of revenue.
They also drew Lunlun though, probably not very many commissions for outfits but I bet they will make bank at Comiket
