Have you considered going out and getting archives for them, since most are still publicly available? Make sure that people have access to them as more than just non-contextual motes of text. Be part of the effort to preserve the best stuff for the future! Also:
You can still submit quotes whose sources aren't available anymore, they will simply be noted as such so people know not to waste time trying to click on them for additional context.

I did. It's over a thousand quotes, some from vtubers I go out of my way to avoid. Best I could do is attempt maybe fifty or sixty.
So in essence it's doable, but not for all of them.
Do you have access to the actual list they're drawn from? I know there's a cryptpad, but not who has access to it. If nobody active has it, I can just dump the current quote rota widget into a notepad file and upload that to the quote's thread.
