While I agree on the basic premise, I still think characters need to be allowed a character arc. That's usually what makes good entertainment in the long run. Sticks get stale and boring after a while if not used in good measure.

That's basically what makes e.g. holo and successful indies. They evolve and get better without compromising their core character.

Ironically that's also what makes idol "culture" (the food parts at least)

How much can you get from one of these wrongful termination cases as far as money goes? How much does it cost to file these type of lawsuits?

Honestly its possibly better to just move on and drop a bomb or two to damage their public reputation. There have been echoes of Brave being shit but similar to Nijisanji until people start coming out to publicly shit on them nothing will happen.
