Koa speaks Spanish, English, and Japanese. I've only seen she stream in English or Spanish sometimes with auto-translated subtitles, usually the language of the stream title is the hint to what she will be speaking in for it. I know that Ruby is also multilingual while I've only seen Lalabelle stream in Spanish.
