You noted the date of that tweet as 3/11/19. However it only appears to be 3/11/19 if you're in the West. Kataribe Tsumugu is a Japanese talent and at the time that tweet was made, it was 1:16am 3/12/19 in Japan.

Edit: Fixed all of it and updated the link on the post. Thanks @FL Cascadia I had not spotted that. Of course I also saw a bunch of format issues myself when I went to check but those will have to wait for the next update or format revision. For now I wanna stare at something other than Niji.
