Nah, like @Bob from accounting said, try and get drunk at your job and talk about self harm. You'll get most likely fired. At best a doctor will give you a mental health leave or whatever you call it in english. She doesnt get to complain about "nuh twitch is playing with my career" when she doesnt or cant take it seriously in the first place.
I do feel bad for her being schizophrenic but imo its not an excuse to do whatever she want without consequences.

If she's not able to reason for herself then she should be under supervision or in some program for schizos, not streaming on twitch getting drunk and having suicidal impulses while her audience of people who watch her specifically for her mental illness (aka profiting off of it) egg her on.
My opinion may come across as cold but remember that I'm a filthy law fag and in law you're either mentally incapable of reasoning for yourself and shouldn't be left alone or you're sane enough to be accountable for your own decisions.

As in, her brain is turning to goo so she does not have the ability to accomplish it on a daily basis. Streaming is about the only "career" remaining, because as you said, you get fired from normal jobs when you are literally losing your mind.
The time is coming where she'll be out on the streets in a box somewhere without being able to support herself. I do not fault the crazy woman for trying to be self-sufficient until then. And the absolute stone-cold FACT of the matter is, her drinking and saying she feels like killing herself on stream did not encourage anyone else to commit self-harm, and was financially beneficial for both herself and Twitch. There are times when rules should be bent, because they do not capture every possible edge case reality can throw at them. This was one of them, and I don't feel like it's some absurd claim to say that she's been wronged or to feel bad for her.
In a perfect world she probably would be. Nobody cares about crazy people until they kill someone, however. You'll notice I never said "oh she'll end up in an asylum at some point" because most schizophrenics become homeless vagrants eventually. That's life. No one wants to pay for her supervision, no one wants to pay for her program, but they will throw pennies at the crazy woman for a laugh. I do not begrudge her trying to get pennies while she can.

Also her dad is dead, IIRC her mom has cancer and is dying or has died, and I don't remember anything about siblings. She has no immediate family to look after her.
She lives in the UK, not exactly the bastion of helping people with health issues. NHS sucks and would care more about Raheed who came over in the boat than Shondo.
Unironically her best fate would be streaming from a padded cell.

Bipolar Schizoaffective. Schizoaffective disorders usually change with age and get better for people: she has the very unfortunate opposite problem where it is getting worse with age, and her medications are growing less effective at treating it. A dedicated fan would know more, though.

I agree you shouldn't go around talking about killing yourself on stream, but Twitch's "please keep yourself safe! Good luck affording a therapist without your job!" routine feels so disingenuous.
I don't watch her, but that's incredibly sad.
