I feel like there's an entire story arc about escaping her apartment (her parents?) that is flying under the radar here. The auction winner got caught in a mess they were informed about and, unless they were being publicly belligerent, there's not a story here?

Also, the video is nearly 2 hours. I'm sure there's something defamatory in there.

That's the problem with almost all of Kat's videos because they are essentially long segments of her streams where people just send her shit. She doesn't do any deep dives into the subjects she covers and just goes with the framing of the people who initially send her the material. This is almost like Asmongold but somehow even less involved.

Ah. That explains the issue. I wasn't going to give the video any more views, mostly as I read the doc. Quick read, but brings up far more questions that have little to do with the situation. Like, who's the whackjob that tried to bill 6k for building a desktop PC? You wouldn't charge that much for a custom copper setup.

Now is as good a time as any to bring it into this thread. NijisanjiEN anniversary goods are now produced in collaboration with a marketing/merch company, the same one that produced their scale figures. The Denauth goods are their second drop with this partner after LazuLight.
Interesting development, although it's hard to gauge what it means for the branch as a whole.

It's a brand new account made just last month, the Lazulight merch is the first tweet.
I checked out that CyberAgent company and it seems they are a pretty old and well established advertising company who have previously worked with NijiEN on the scale figures that went up for pre-order last year:

Incidentally, Ike also had one of those figures which has disappeared from the site but is still available to view on retailer pages. Shipments are supposed to happen in September, which will be a day of remembrance for Quilldren I guess.

Anyways, back to the anniversary merch. I find it interesting that a marketing firm is involved with a relatively routine merch drop, and I wonder what the background reasons are. Could indicate a direction for the EN branch, both positive and possibly negative.
Apart from this new EN merch, the CyberAgent/Cyber Goods Store also carries CrazyRaccon gummies, some HypMic snack, ROFMAO crackers (the snack, not the racial epithet) and they also make the Hololive Gamers drink. Again, kinda weird that its mostly food stuffs, but the EN anniversary stuff is mostly the same old acrylic goods.

There's apparently a members stream where she went over a lot of it. It's apparently both worse and more convoluted. There might have been something about losing the company but keeping the branding, which lead to that new company that cropped up a mention here at one point. I don't know if her parents had Temporary Power of Attorney for a bit after her attempt and did some shenanigans.

Also, apparently the first Google Doc that got to that streamer's attention was from the PC Builder company. Doki probably needs to see UK legal assistance for a Defamation suit there. Those are a lot easier to win and, frankly, seems pretty cut & dry. (Against the PC Builder, not the American drama farmer.)

I can't find the point about claiming it was charity fraud, but, if its in there, then this really could go a hilarious direction. She also claimed that she would charge Dokibird's team every time they contacted her, which she never fucking communicated. Just looking over her website shows that she's a turbo leftist brain rot with pink/green hair, which explains the immense retardation of all this.

EDIT: Reading through more info, it seems the person that the artist worked with to make that mock-up was Dokibird productions and stakeholders, which Dokibird wasn't the owner of (probably her parents). It's also noted that this old company had no actual official agreemnts with the builder at all, so this is all super retarded.
