I think the most important test of these names is "Do people recognize where it's from the moment they hear it?". If it can pass for a normal name most of the time, at least the kid can mostly avoid the consequences of their parents' trend-chasing decision. But if it's immediately recognizable, the kid has to go through life constantly being embarrassed whenever they introduce themself.

VSpo Showdown Day 1 is happening now. When I checked they just finished CoD (Kaminari Qpi, Kogara Toto, Kaga Nazuna, Aizawa Ema).
Next is AVA (Yakumo Beni, Tachibana Hinano, Tosaki Mimi, Komori Met, Tsumugi Kokage) followed by SF6 (Kisaragi Ren, Kurumi Noah, Choya Hanabi, Amayui Moka).

I was watching on Tsuna's stream.

They sweeped COD BO6, AvA, and the first SF6 team.
The two fps games are boring af. AvA is only there because Shaka and Tsumugi used to be good at those....like 10 years ago.
SF6 games (the only ones that the audience cares about) were against 2 teams.
VSPO swept the first team, with Moka beating Tachikawa being a bit of an upset.
The 2nd rivals team had Takera (actual pro) and Gachikun (best rashid in the world rn). So VSPO ended up losing 1-3, with Noah being the only win.
Definitely the best segment in the show. Moka vs Gachikun was kino too, with perfect KO into revenge perfect KO (6:48:00).

Overall I think the event is a hard sell to people who's into VSPO for the personalities. The interviews etc on the official stream are a very tiny proportion of the content. The live event seemed like just staring at a portrait of the players. Not sure if the paid stream with individual POVs had actual voice comms, otherwise it's kind of a scam lmao.
