A few months ago my windows got corrupted. Very nice Microsoft, SSDs SO COOL. So I had to reinstall everything right. Steam, EA Play, OBS the usual shit.

Windows Update
Microsoft seal of quality for you. Windows update bricked my wifi drivers permanently and even fucked with the wifi receiver in my laptop. The fucking H1-B pajeets under Bill Gates can't code for shit.Windows Update
You can block auto update in windows using local group policy editor
Open the policy editor and go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update. double click on Configure Automatic Update and click on enabled. Under Configure automatic updating, choose 2 - Notify for download and auto install. This way you will still get a notification when there is a windows update but you get to choose whether to install it or not.
If your windows is home edition and not pro edition, you can upgrade it to pro using MAS since the group policy editor is only available to windows pro.

First half of Season 1 ends on February 21st for Marvel Rivals
End of First Half of Season 1
- Rank Reset for a drop of 4 divisions
- Gold or above gets the Invisible Woman skin reward
- GM or above gets a crest of honor to put on their profile banner
Second Half of Season 2
- New costume reward for Gold or above for when Season 1 ends altogether
- More crest of honor for end of Season 1 but instead of GM+ and Top 500 crests, there will be crests for Celestial and Eternity as well
- Players will need to compete in 10 matches in the second half of Season 1 to get these new rewards
- Human Torch and The Thing will be added
Future Seasons
- All New Season starts will have a 6 division drop instead of 7 divisions like Season 1 did
- All mid-Seasons will have a 4 division drop

One of the core things a long-term Live Service game has to do is create useful community feedback loops that don't get overtaken by either random friend networks of CR staff or data manipulation on social media sites. What ends up happening is that getting the Devs "ear" tends to be the single most valuable resource for getting anything fixed.
It's why Warframe still has an active community even after all DE's fuckups despite sometimes being slow to act or ignoring feedback they overall listen.
it's why Blizzard USED to be respected. Battlenet gave them valuable feedback on what warcraft 3 should have been and also contributed to diablo and their other games gave them a leg up until the internet became much more common.

It's why WoW constantly has a cynical fanbase. The devs are not only resistant to change but when they do meet player criticism, they always talk down to and only meet them halfway at most. They rarely try to explain why they think their idea of the problem is right while refusing to engage the playerbase's own evidence, whether incorrect or correct.
The rare times they do acquiesce, you can expect them to revert it or circumnavigate it at a later time. Case in point, flying mounts in WoW. Devs notoriously hated implementing flying mounts in the first expansion.
Blizzard artists were mad that players would just fly over their work without looking at the zones they crafted (kek grow a pair). Other devs hated that flying mounts made it easier for resource gathering, which affected internal metrics for power scaling and play time. Every expansion after was either you needed to pay a large amount of gold at level cap to fly in the new continent or later on, had to do numerous achievements before being able to fly.
This wasn't really addressed in any meaningful way until Dragonflight where they added dragonriding (more involved press-buttons-to-go-faster-and-loop-de-loop) and got rid of a number of those artifical stopgates to flying. Fast forward to today, where the upcoming new zone, once again, won't allow you to fly becase uhhhh underground (bullshit, this entire expansion until now had flying and it was nearly all underground) and they added mario kart driving on the ground. No one asked for this.

Remember that the WoW team has basically been run by the old guard of Elitist Jerks for a decade and a half. The guild and their forums were already the embodiment of "shut up, we know better" and the forum's fall from relevance was near instant as soon as sites like Icy Veins and a wider group of theorycrafters emerged in the WotLK era. You can see all sorts of examples similar to the flying issues in their design from Wrath, going forward. An irritating example in Wrath was the way they added vehicles that were just one or two "fun" actions and a health bar, which sucked to begin with, and then they release a raid tier where the entire first area and boss fight are a mandatory vehicle section.
