People will act like unhinged schizophrenics on /vt/ whether a Twitter gimmick account screencaps them or not. The board itself ranges from somewhat distasteful material to people who are likely actually dangerous irl which is why I don't care to engage with posts there in earnest, but it's not going anywhere, so it's not worth getting MATI about. Let people point and laugh at the funny stuff, and ignore the rest.I'm sorry, I've just developed an allergic reaction to this fag. I unironically think his account alone is responsible for a decent chunk of doxposting retards and schizo spammers on /vt/ and elsewhere. I cannot in good conscience defend his existence while he makes the vtuber community actively worse just by existing.
Baiting and clout-chasing works on Twitter because users don't think about anything they read or retweet for more than a minute or two; on the forum I regularly see people correct or challenge something that doesn't seem right. The culture is less exploitable, so if they're actually expecting a Twitter-like reaction they'd get bored pretty quickly. The problem with this retard and whatever other cronies ran that account is not that they openly shared doxes, it is that they would repost retarded /vt/ rrats as fact with no real, verifiable proof. The fact that this place is openly becoming a refuge for him and his ilk is pretty disturbing to me. These people are grifters and trolls, and they are addicted to clicks, views, and attention so much they will take dumb shit they find on 4chan and act like it is real.
The reason I recanted my opinion on @Kuri Rinji is because they actually do overlap with us in that they actually find retards and stupid shit the accounts personally post and put them on blast. Not just spew random bullshit that is likely a bunch of horseshit.
So I share the same sentiments as @Trap Supremacy in that this fag can get fucked.
The probably-Aprimum Twitter ban-wave is a talking point in the vtuber community right now and if they want to make themselves known here I don't see a problem. Obviously if they don't act in the community's best interest there are solutions for that, we have rules and a moderation team for a reason, but as it stands this feels like a nothingburger.
